High-End Real Estate Branding (Confidential Projects)

Role: Designer / Collaborated with Art Directors and Creative Directors

At DBOX, I was part of a multidisciplinary team working on branding and marketing executions for several luxury real estate developments in New York and international markets. Guided by senior art and creative directors, I contributed across various phases of the creative process—from visual research and moodboard development to the execution of high-end print and digital materials.

My work centered on producing elegant brochures, websites, and pitch decks that reflected each property's architectural vision and market positioning. I was also involved in materiality discussions, exploring how refined finishes, texture, and minimalist design could communicate a sense of quiet luxury. These projects demanded a sharp eye for detail, sensitivity to spatial storytelling, and a deep understanding of the aesthetics driving the global luxury real estate market—executed through close creative collaboration.
